The proprietor of Clyde & Associates is Clyde Mutsotso who is a Kenyan by birth. Clyde Mutsotso holds a bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance both from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and a registered and practicing member of ICPAK. Clyde worked for various private and public sector firms before he started the firm. These organizations include Kenya Marine Fisheries Institute, Armed Forces Canteen Organization and Kenya Revenue Authority. He spent most of his career time at the Kenya Revenue Authority where he underwent a comprehensive 2 year Customs and Tax Administration training. Clyde and Associates has a staff of 7 qualified Accountants and two administrators
